Google Sheets is a fantastic way to maintain live reports, project timelines, sales targets, or pricing charts. Variabl lets you display these spreadsheets and automatically update the view as your team makes edits.
Step-by-Step Guide to Add Google Sheets

Publish your Google Sheet
For Google Sheets to display on your screen, it needs to be publicly accessible or published:
- Open your sheet in Google Sheets.
- Go to File > Share > Publish to web.
- Choose either the entire document or a specific sheet, select Web page, and click Publish.
- Copy the generated link.

Open your Playlist in Variabl
Log in to your Variabl Dashboard and select your target playlist.

Open the App Chooser
Click on the + New button to open the app picker.

Choose Google sheets
Click on the Google sheets button.

Input Details and Save
- Google Sheet URL: Paste the link you copied from the "Publish to web" step.
- Title: Give your slide a recognizable name (e.g., "Weekly Sales Performance").
- Click Save to complete the setup. The spreadsheet will now reload dynamically within your screen rotation.
