YouTube is a great source for promotional videos, product tutorials, or live news streams. Variabl lets you seamlessly embed YouTube videos directly into your slide rotation.
Step-by-Step Guide to Add a YouTube Video

Open your Playlist
Go to your Variabl Dashboard and click into the playlist you want to edit.

Open the App Selection Dialog
Click the + New button to bring up the Choose an App grid.

Choose YouTube
Select Youtube from the options.

Configure Video Options
- YouTube URL: Paste the direct link of the YouTube video (e.g.,
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXXXXXor the share linkhttps://youtu.be/XXXXXX). - Mute Video: Toggle this option to Yes if your digital signage display is in a public space where sound is not desired.

Save and Display
Click Save. Variabl will automatically fetch the video title and duration, setting the slide duration to match the video run time so it plays fully before rotating!
