Step-by-Step Guide to Add Looker Studio

Get the Embed Link for your Dashboard
- Open your report in Looker Studio.
- Click on the dropdown arrow next to the Share button in the top right, and click on Embed report.
- Enable embedding, select Embed URL, and copy the URL provided (it will contain
/embed/in the path). Note: Make sure your sharing settings allow viewers (or anyone with the link) to see the report, so it loads without authentication problems on your screens.

Open your Playlist in Variabl
Log in to your Variabl Dashboard and select your target playlist.

Open the App Selection
Click on the + New button to open the Choose an App modal.

Choose Looker Dashboard
Select the Looker Dashboard app.

Input Details and Save
- Looker URL: Paste the embed link you copied in Step 1.
- Title: Enter a descriptive name (e.g., "Marketing KPI Dashboard").
- Click Save. The dashboard is now added to your playlist rotation and will refresh live with your latest data.
